Ford Warranty

All new Ford vehicles come with a standard 3 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first) manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty is only valid on the condition that the vehicle is serviced following the guidelines stated in the owner's manual at an authorised Ford Service Centre.

Ford Warranty also covers battery for the first 3 years /60,000km whichever comes first.

Ford Warranty excludes:

  • Wear and tear items (e.g. brake pad, clutch and wiper blades)
  • Misuse/Negligence
  • Incidental and consequential damages
  • Act of God (earthquakes, floods), fires and other disasters
  • Modifications of the vehicle or any components and parts
  • Tyres. (Tyres are covered under the respective tyre manufacturer’s warranty)

Ford Parts and Accessories Warranty

Genuine Ford parts and accessories are also covered under warranty to give our customers peace of mind for 1 year/20,000km.

2 years Extended Warranty

Your vehicle warranty has been extended with the Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC) Extended Warranty Program (EWP). In addition to the Manufacturers’ warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km. (whichever comes first), SDAC is providing additional peace of mind by providing an additional 2 years or 100,000 km. on selected parts and labor.

This is valid for all new Ford passenger cars and SUV only. Giving you a total of 5 years or 200,000km ( whichever comes first ) warranty cover from the original date of registration.
